Answers:
I cannot access any of the training materials.
You must login with the correct credentials to have access to the
training materials. If you do not have a login ID for the eLearning
website please contact the training coordinator to make the necessary
arrangements. Back to Top.
I cannot view any of the training materials after I login.
In order to view the training materials you must install the latest
version of Adobe Flash player for your internet browser. This program is
available for free on the Adobe website. Please visit the Adobe website
for more information. Back to Top.
I logged in but the site is asking for the credentials again.
Once you have logged in, your authentication will eventually expire if
you did not have any activities for a certain period of time. Clearing
your authentication sessions or closing, then re-opening your internet
browser may also cause this behavior. Simply log into the system again
if you are prompted to do so. Back to Top.
Where can I check my session date?
Your session expiry date may be checked by logging into the eLearning
website. The information will be available on the top-right corner of
the training material index page. Back to Top.
Is it possible to increase my session date?
No, the 6 weeks given from the point of first login is a timeframe that
already includes all the necessary grace periods. You must complete all
the training courses and the exam within the 6 week period. If you fail
to do so you must obtain a brand new ID from the training coordinator to
gain access to the materials and to take the exam again. Back to Top.
I failed on the exam, what do I do now?
You are given 1 grace test during the 6 week period. If you failed the
exam the first time you may take another exam with no additional cost
within the 6 week period. However, if you fail the exam second time
around your 6 week session will expire and you must reregister with the
training coordinator to obtain a brand new ID. Back to Top.
I only see part of the lesson on my screen.
Most lessons are created for screen resolution of 800 by 600
pixels or higher. Pressing the F11 key on your keyboard will maximize
your current web browser, allowing you to view the entire lesson without
interference. Pressing F11 again will reduce the window back to its
original size. Back to Top.
