cancellation policy
You may cancel a course within 2 business days of the course start date. They will automatically be re-scheduled for the next available course within 60 days.
You will be required to pay for a re-scheduled course, should you fail to attend. A second re-schedule will NOT be permitted.
Esna Cancellation
If NO students are scheduled 5 days prior to the start of a class, that class will be canceled and removed from the schedule.
Failure to Attend
If NO cancellation notice is given and you fail to attend the course, you are responsible for the full cost of the course. If you fail to attend a course, you are still required to write the exam
Class Size
North America training requires a minimum of one student per class; Spanish classes require a minimum of two students.
