Overview
Learn about Esna Technologies Telephony Office Linx Enterprise Messaging System. Discuss the different installation networking environments and install the software and hardware components. Create and modify custom settings for a variety of PBX systems, identify maintenance requirements. Develop custom applications for callers and end-users. Students will be provided a link to the on-line exam and certification will be granted to those students who complete the full instructional period as well as score a minimum of 75% on the final exam.
Who Should Attend
This is a basic training course designed for telecommunications individuals involved in the installation, programming and maintenance of the voicemail system. The student should be familiar with telephony terminology and telephony applications. A basic understanding of computers and computer terminology is greatly beneficial.
Course Description
This two-day course will focus on an overview of hardware and software, system installation and management. The course includes basic telephony integrations with an emphasis on specific system configurations. The student will be shown the installation procedures and will be able to successfully install their own system software. It is strongly recommended that the student become familiar with the material prior to attending class.

Required Materials
Class PowerPoint, quick Installation reference document and integration sheet. This documentation will be shipped to students upon class registration System Installation and System Configuration Guide available on the software CD.
Cancellation Policy
Dealers may cancel in writing by email customerservice@esna.com or fax (905-707-9170) to Esnatech’s Customer Service within 2 business days of any class. The missed training must be rescheduled to be taken within the next 60 days. No second rescheduling will be permitted. Dealers will be required to pay for a second training should they fail to attend the rescheduled training. If cancellation is not provided in writing within the above time limit, or should a student fail to attend the class without providing a cancellation request, the full cost of the training will be invoiced.
Anyone who has missed both the initial and the rescheduled training may still take the certification exam at no additional cost, but no later than 30 days from the re-scheduled training date.
Substitution of another student can be made at any time, provided the alternate student meets the pre-requisite for the class.
