Overview
Learn how to set-up and use the Web Client and UC Client Manager to personalize and control communications. Set-up a variety of call handling options, customized schedules, email and voice mail handling, notification specifications and customized greetings via the Internet. Learn how to access several unique communication features, such as Call control, instant messaging, unified messaging and LanTalk. The instruction includes live demonstration and interaction with the facilitator.

This class will demonstrate the function and features of the Web Client and UC Client Manager applications. The student will be shown the installation and setup of the applications as well as given a practical demonstration of the features.

Cancellation Policy
Dealers may cancel in writing by email customerservice@esna.com or fax (905-707-9170) to Esnatech’s Customer Service within 2 business days of any class. The missed training must be rescheduled to be taken within the next 60 days. No second rescheduling will be permitted. Dealers will be required to pay for a second training should they fail to attend the rescheduled training. If cancellation is not provided in writing within the above time limit, or should a student fail to attend the class without providing a cancellation request, the full cost of the training will be invoiced. Anyone who has missed both the initial and the rescheduled training may still take the certification exam at no additional cost, but no later than 30 days from the rescheduled training date. Substitution of another student can be made at any time, provided the alternate student meets the pre-requisite for the class.
