Overview
Learn about Esna Technologies Telephony Office-LinX Messaging System. Discuss the different installation networking environments and install the software and hardware components. Create and modify custom settings for a variety of PBX systems, identify maintenance requirements and system set-up. Develop custom applications for callers and end-users. Certification will be granted to those students who complete the full instructional period as well as score a minimum of 75% on the final exam. The instruction provides a variety of learning techniques including; conceptual overviews, application tours, hands-on exercises, and daily reviews.
Who Should Attend?
Technicians, system designers, planners, or Customer Service representatives who will be responsible for the installation and administration of the Telephony Office-LinX Unified Messaging System.
Course Description
This 5-day course will have the student install a full system. System configuration and integration, administration method, automated attendant and user function, basic and advanced Unified Messaging will be applied using hands-on lab modules. Students will be provided a link to the on-line exam and certification will be granted to those students who complete the full instructional period as well as score a minimum of 75% on the final exam.

Required Materials
Class PowerPoint, quick installation reference document and integration sheet. This documentation will provided in class. The system installation, system configuration guide is available on the software CD.
Cancellation Policy
Dealers may cancel in writing by email customerservice@esna.com or fax (905-707-9170) to Esnatech’s Customer Service within 2 business days of any class. The missed training must be rescheduled to be taken within the next 60 days. No second rescheduling will be permitted. Dealers will be required to pay for a second training should they fail to attend the rescheduled training. If cancellation is not provided in writing within the above time limit, or should a student fail to attend the class without providing a cancellation request, the full cost of the training will be invoiced.
Anyone who has missed both the initial and the rescheduled training may still take the certification exam at no additional cost, but no later than 30 days from the re-scheduled training date.
Substitution of another student can be made at any time, provided the alternate student meets the pre-requisite for the class.
NOTE: This course may be cancelled 3-4 weeks before the start date if the minimum number of attendees is not met.
