Esnatech’s WeLINK conference server provides you with the same ability to set up a meeting place for people to join in at an appointed time. It is called Meet-Me Conference, and it is as simple as dialing a number at the time agreed. Participants just dial the predefined number of the conference and they are instantly connected. All other parties that may already be in the room will hear a tone indicating that a new party has joined in.
At any given time, the system can support up to a maximum of 24 parties in a single room and up to 48 in a single system, with the ability to configure unlimited private rooms. A Meet-Me Conference is a normal conference call, and as such, any participant can add other parties, up to the maximum of participants allowed.
WeLINK Conference participants are not required to be located in the same place. They can be miles away, even in different continents. They can be in their office, at home, on the road—simply any place. All they need to do is dial the WeLINK Conference number and they will be connected to the conference call.
Whether the participants typically find themselves in different parts of the world or no further than the building next door, decisions must be made swiftly. When the time available to make these decisions is too short to have personal meeting in office or abroad, Meet-Me Conferencing is just the right solution.
Key Conferencing Services with WeLINK:
On-Demand Conference Calling — Individual users can initiate On-Demand conference calls (also known as "Ad Hoc Conference Calls") right from their handsets, mobile phones, and soft phones while on a connected call. On-Demand conference calls are limited to 24 parties total, including the conference initiator.
Meet Me Conference Calling — Meet Me conference calls are for up to 24 participants scheduled in advance. With unlimited rooms, each user in your organization has a dedicated conference space and can simply schedule meetings. All participants are able to both hear and speak. Room owners can setup private rooms in each conference to break off the main call for quick private sessions.
Audio Auditorium — Audio Auditorium mode conference calls are for larger groups of 10 to 24 participant. The key difference between this service and Meet Me conference calling is that during an Audio conference call, a client moderator controls which participants speak. This prevents participants from talking over each other and other background noises interferring with everyone else's sound quality. The client moderator controls speaking access directly over the phone — whether or not they can speak and which participants are "raising their hands." The moderator mutes and un-mutes individual participants at their discretion.

Unified Communication Integration
When combined with Esnatech’s UC platform, WeLINK can also generate detailed meeting statistics that would be provided through e-mail to the moderator. This offers complete logging of the sessions with information on who participated in meeting.
