  • See pop-up notifications for incoming calls. Integration with Outlook and your corporate directory lets you know who is calling you and whether they are online of offline. With one mouse click, you can answer the call if you are next to your phone, or, divert the call to another number such as a mobile or home phone.
Web Client System Requirements

LINK web client provides IM and presence to users who are connecting either from within the corporate network or over the Internet using one of the many supported web browsers. The LINK web client server components are deployed as part of a Telephony Office-LinX server deployment. For users, there are no client components to install; all that is required is a web browser and network connectivity to the Telephony Office-LinX server. Web client, the browser-based client for the Telephony Office-LinX server, has requirements for the systems on which the server components are deployed, and a list of supported browsers.
