fax-Mail module
The Telephony Office-LinX™ Fax-Mail module makes it easy to receive, store and send fax messages from your Telephony Lan-LinX application or your email client (Microsoft® Outlook™ / Exchange™, etc.) The Fax-Mail module allows a company to create a progressive database of faxes and group them in appropriate files/folders within a network, reducing paper and telephone use and significantly improving communications.
Mobile Users
Fax-Mail allows mobile users (with Telephony Office-LinX GroupWare) to view and manage their fax messages from their Internet email access. Similarly Lan-LinX users can access their fax messages through a remote access server connected to their Office-LinX voice mail server.
The Fax-Mail module contains three major components
- Fax Database
- Administrative Utility
- Client Software
All data is stored in a central location on your fax server, so regardless of where you are when you login using your fax client software you will be able to view your fax mailbox.
